Another liner can be seen at Liverpool's cruise ship terminal this weekend, on her first visit since 2019.
The Carnival Corporation-owned German company AIDA Cruises' ship AIDAaura is currently on a 14-day roundtrip from homeport Hamburg (Germany) with call ports Dover, England (May 23), Isle of Portland, Weymouth, Dorset England (May 24), Dublin, Ireland, Dun Laoghaire Harbour (May 26), Fishguard, Wales (May 27), Liverpool, England (May 28), Fort William, Scotland (May 30), Belfast, Northern Ireland (May 31), Honfleur, France (June 2). The voyage is due to end in Hamburg on June 4th.
AIDA's passengers will be treated to seeing Liverpool (England) at its busiest as the visit is taking place over Champions League weekend.
The GBP 350 million liner has been in operation since April 2003 and has a total of 12 decks, 5 of which house a total of 633 staterooms.
