Until September, the 2003-built Costa Fortuna will sail to Norway and Western Europe. During the winter of 2022-2023, the vessel will be based in Argentina, with a 3- to 9-night schedule in Brazil and Uruguay.
With a design similar to Carnival's Destiny Class, the Costa Fortuna ship originally entered service in 2003. At the time, the 110,000 GT vessel was the largest passenger ship ever built for a European company and also the largest Italy-flagged.
