CCL-Carnival Cruise Line unveils Carnival Luminosa's schedule

CCL-Carnival Cruise Line revealed Luminosa's schedule when the ship sets sail in November 2022 as the newest member of the fleet.

Coming to CCL from Costa Cruises, the renamed from Costa Luminosa to Carnival Luminosa liner will offer various South Pacific, Alaska, and Australian itineraries, including Transpacific relocation voyages (RepositionCruises.com) seasonally.

The ship's inaugural for CCL cruise will be the 7-night Great Barrier Reef (leaving roundtrip from homeport Brisbane QLD on November 6) with cal ports Cairns, Airlie Beach, and Port Douglas, and featuring scenic cruising around Willis Island. Fares start at US$774 per person (US$110 per night) with double occupancy.

Carnival Luminosa will be homeported in Brisbane during the Australian summer, cruising Queensland's coast and also visiting New Zealand, Fiji, New Caledonia, and Papua New Guinea on itineraries ranging between 4 and 11 nights.

Two Transpacific crossings (between Australia and the USA) are also on offer. Vacationers can travel from Brisbane to Seattle WA USA over 22 nights (April 2023) or out of Seattle to Brisbane over 30 nights (September 2023).

The boat will remain in Australia for the 2023-2024 summer season.
