Details of world cruise itineraries for 2024-2025 have been released by Viking Cruises as the company reported strong demand for longer itineraries.
The new 180-day world voyage aboard Viking Sky is scheduled to depart from Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades, Florida) on December 19th, 2024, to cover 37 different countries and 85 ports of call before finishing in New York City on June 17th, 2025.
Prices start at GBP 49055 (EUR 55310 / USD 60000) per person.
A shorter 163-day segment of the voyage departs from Los Angeles (California) on January 5th, 2025, and visits 29 different countries and 78 ports before ending in NY.
A 138-day option covers the trip from Fort Lauderdale to Greenwich (London UK), while a 121-day portion covers LA to London.
The full circumnavigation features overnights in 13 ports, including Sydney (NSW Australia), Haifa (Tel Aviv, Israel), Singapore, and Istanbul (Turkey), and double overnights in Auckland NZ, Bali (Indonesia), Bergen (Norway), Ho Chi Minh (Saigon, Vietnam), Mumbai (Bombay, India), and Yangon (Rangoon, Myanmar).
Those booking by March 31st, 2023, receive one-way business class flights from the United Kingdom, all onboard gratuities/service fees, a complimentary visa service, and a beverage package including “virtually all” drinks onboard.
All world cruise guests receive a GBP 1,600 shore excursions credit as well as GBP 800 onboard credit for spa services/onboard shops/laundry.
Viking Explorer Society loyalty scheme members receive an additional GBP 800 per person shipboard credit.
