MSC Cruises' ship MSC Musica broke off her moorings at Port Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) in the afternoon on February 3rd, when hit by a squall.
The vessel quickly restored the mooring lines with the tugboats' assistance.
No damages or injuries have been reported.
At the time of the accident, MSC Musica was on a 9-day South America voyage roundtrip from Buenos Aires (Argentina). The itinerary started on January 31st, 2023, and ends on February 9th, 2023.
