Costa Cruises is launching a new program with 3 new itineraries scheduled for Costa Fortuna ship in the Mediterranean and Spain's Canary Islands.
Fortuna’s new Mediterranean voyages will last 2 weeks, a formula that for the first time will be available in the height of summer, allowing passengers to enjoy their Mediterranean holidays at the best.
This summer, from June 24th to August 19th, Costa Fortuna will be offering a new itinerary, for an experience including 2 of the most popular destinations in the Mediterranean in a single holiday: the Balearic and Greek Islands. The full program of the cruises includes Savona, Rome (Civitavecchia), Messina, Greek islands (Crete with a call at Heraklion, Rhodes, Mykonos, Santorini, Kefalonia (with a call at Argostoli), Palma de Mallorca (Balearic Islands), and then Barcelona (Spain) and Marseille (France).
Fortuna’s 2nd itinerary will instead be dedicated to the Canaries, where it will be possible to explore up to 5 locations of the archipelago (Arrecife, Las Palmas, Puerto del Rosario, San Sebastian de la Gomera, Santa Cruz de Tenerife), as well as Savona, Madeira, Malaga, and, on some departures, Rome (Civitavecchia). Scheduled departures run from April 29th to June 10th, plus departures on September 2nd and 16th.
The third itinerary, available on April 16th, September 30th, and October 14th, will instead explore Istanbul (Turkey) where guests can stay overnight during the September & October departures, and Izmir (Turkey), Athens (Piraeus, Greece), and Malta/Valletta, along with Catania, Savona, Civitavecchia (Rome), Barcelona (Spain), and Marseille (France).
From October 28th until mid-November, Costa Fortuna will also offer 3- and 4-day mini-cruises from Savona in the western Mediterranean, to Barcelona/Marseille.
In addition to Fortuna, Costa will offer 3 ships in the Western Mediterranean and 2 ships in the Eastern Mediterranean/Aegean Sea, with 7-day itineraries.
Costa Diadema, Costa Smeralda, and Costa Toscana will visit France, Spain, and Italy.
Costa Deliziosa will depart from Venice/Marghera and Bari, to discover some of the most beautiful Greek islands, including Santorini and Mykonos.
Costa Pacifica will be homeported in Taranto, visiting the Greek islands and Malta.
