“UMI UMA” is one of Crystal Cruises' award-winning, specialty dining offerings in a stylish modern setting with dishes inspired by the exotic array and traditions of the Orient as well as created by Master Chef Nobuyuki (Nobu) Matsuhisa.
Passengers will again be able to dine on signature entrees like Nobu-Style Black Cod, Wagyu Beef Filet Steak, Grilled Chilean Sea Bass, and some of the freshest sushi offered at the Sushi Bar.
Bernie Leypold, Senior Vice President Hotel Operations of Crystal said "it wouldn’t be Crystal without having one of the most popular restaurants UMI UMA back onboard when the new Crystal sets sail."
“Crystal’s guests have come to know and love the exquisite offerings Chef Nobu has created specifically for UMI UMA and we are so grateful for Crystal to be the only cruise line with a Nobu restaurant at sea.”
According to Master Chef Nobu, Crystal was known for its "award-winning food and beverage program bringing an authentic dining experience with efficient and personalized service," and they were proud to have UMI UMA feature their innovative fusion cuisine, blending traditional Japanese dishes with Peruvian ingredients.”
