To celebrate the opening of the 2023 season, Pearl Seas Cruises announced a complete interior redesign of its Pearl Mist ship.
The company has offered destination-focused voyages on the Great Lakes, Canada, and New England since 2014, and has a new season starting in May. The 210-guest Pearl Mist is the only fully stabilized all-balcony small ship sailing the American Great Lakes and the surrounding USA/Canadian coastal regions.
Pearl Seas Cruises commissioned Miami-based design company, Studio DADO, for Pearl Mist's redesign.
Pearl Mist’s new redesign will be revealed to passengers aboard the first voyage of the season, which departs from Portland ME on May 6th, 2023.
From the staterooms/suites to the dining areas/lounges, the Pearl Mist ship has been completely made over with fresh color palettes, sumptuous textiles/linens, new furniture/carpets, and regionally inspired artwork/flourishes. Studio DADO reimagined every space onboard the ship, incorporating themes that highlight the local historical, geographical, and cultural influences characteristic to the regions the ship sails.
The new spaces DADO has envisioned for Pearl Mist have elevated the vessel, showcasing the finest interior design offered in small ship cruising.
In May 2023, Pearl Seas’ 2023 cruise season begins with a 7-night Maine Coast & Canadian Harbors voyage, sailing roundtrip from Portland ME; followed by the company's longest itinerary - 15-night "Canadian Maritimes & St Lawrence Seaway", from Portland ME to Toronto Canada.
Pearl Seas Cruises’ Great Lakes season opens on May 28th with the 11-night Great Lakes & Georgian Bay itinerary, followed by a shorter 7-Night Great Lakes itinerary departing on June 8th. Both Pearl’s Great Lakes itineraries are offered all summer through the end of August.
In fall 2023 are scheduled 10-night "Canada & New England Fall Foliage" voyages between Quebec City, and Portland ME.
