Resorts World Cruises announced the arrival of Resorts World One ship/fka Explorer Dream in Kaohsiung (Taiwan China), marking the start of a double homeport deployment.
The maiden voyage saw the liner depart from Kaohsiung Harbour Pier No. 9 for a special 3-day/2-night cruise to Hong Kong with ~2,400 guests and crew members.
The deployment of Resorts World One in Kaohsiung is expected to have a positive impact on the local economy, with the potential to create new job opportunities in various industries such as maritime procurement, hospitality, travel tourism, transportation, retail, food, and agriculture.
The ship departs twice a week from Kaohsiung to popular domestic and international destinations, offering exciting holiday options beyond land and air travel. The itineraries include the roundtrip 4-day/3-night cruise to Penghu (Magong, Taiwan China) and Hong Kong China departing Mondays and the 5-day/4-night cruise to Hong Kong departing Thursdays.
