Margaritaville at Sea has launched its "Summer Sail-A-Bration," unveiling a multimillion-dollar series of upgrades and additions to Margaritaville Paradise.
The 1991-built ("Costa Classica") MS Margaritaville Paradise cruise ship (fka "Grand Classica") was operated under the name "Costa neoClassica" between 2014-2018. In April 2018, neoClassica was renamed to "Grand Classica" and joined the fleet of the Florida-based Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line - a company run by NCL's former President Kevin Sheehan. Until 2020, the company's fleet consisted of two ships - Grand Classica (now Margaritaville Paradise) and Grand Celebration (1987-built/2020-scrapped).
When Margaritaville Paradise embarks on Friday, June 2nd, passengers will be delighted to discover new and revitalized spaces, enhanced food and beverage options, two exciting stage shows, additional entertainment choices, new onshore adventures in the Bahamas, and more.
To celebrate this occasion, the new travel brand Margaritaville at Sea is offering a Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) promotion for its popular 2-night cruises to the Bahamas from Palm Beach (Florida USA) visiting Freeport. The promo special allows booking at US$169 per guest, while the second guest sails for free. The BOGO special is available for purchase until June 5th and for sailings through December 31st.
The exciting new additions include a regulation pickleball court, a lively dueling piano show longe (Keys on the Water Bar), two captivating production theater shows, the addition of a complimentary Cheeseburger in Paradise (Burger Bar at the 5 O'Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill), the introduction of the Fin City Arcade, and the refreshing of two kids clubs for ages 3-6 and 7-12.
All 658 staterooms will undergo refreshing and updating. Furthermore, the fitness center will be completely reimagined and will offer new fitness experiences, including Touch Smart Fitness Mirrors for yoga, as well as new connected bikes, rowing equipment, and more. Suite Cabins will also be equipped with their own connected mirror equipment, allowing guests to enjoy an in-cabin fitness experience.
The Fins Dining main restaurant will feature a revamped and expanded menu with new island-inspired dishes and delectable scratch-made desserts, including the original Key Lime Sponge Cake from Margaritaville at Sea.
In Grand Bahama, the cruise line is introducing the "Ultimate Party Boat and Snorkeling Experience" and a cycling adventure to the existing lineup of excursions, which already include activities like swimming with pigs, dolphin encounters, and all-inclusive resort day passes. Additionally, the ship has partnered with the Pelican Bay Resort, offering guests a third option to combine their cruise with a hotel stay.
