In November 2023, Fiji will welcome the arrival of MS Caledonian Sky, a luxury expedition small ship that will introduce a new era of high-end cruise experiences in the region.
Designed specifically for sophisticated and adventurous travelers, MS Caledonian Sky offers spacious boutique comfort with a maximum capacity of 114 passengers accommodated in 57 oceanview staterooms.
Passengers can expect an elegant onboard experience, with the option to relax on their private balconies, enjoy panoramic views from the Sky Deck, unwind in the ship's lounges, and dine al fresco or in the dining room.
With an expanded expedition team of 70 crew members, guests will have the opportunity to explore fabulous destinations on one of the ship's 10 zodiacs. MS Caledonian Sky provides comfort and elegance while enabling access to remote locations that are otherwise inaccessible.
The ship features 57 well-designed suites with ocean views spread across four decks. Each suite offers spaciousness and comfort, including a sitting room area, and some suites have private balconies. The en-suite bathrooms feature country-style wash basins, hot towel racks, vanity units with sinks, and walk-in showers and/or bathtubs. The suites also include amenities such as wardrobes, dressing tables, mini-fridges, flat-screen televisions, telephones, safes, hairdryers, toiletries, air conditioning, heating, bottled water, dressing gowns, and slippers.
Until November of this year, MV Reef Endeavour will continue her current itineraries, including popular cruises to Mamanuca and Yasawa Islands, the Remote North, and Lau and Kadavu regions. Passengers will have a final opportunity to experience these itineraries before MV Reef Endeavour departs Fiji.
Captain Cook Cruises Fiji will have MS Caledonian Sky continue servicing the existing itineraries, incorporating her enhanced onboard features, until March 31st, 2024. Starting April 1st, 2024, additional 7-night itineraries to Northern Lau and Southern Lau regions will be introduced, as well as 14-night voyages exploring Lau, Tonga, and Samoa.
