The Seatrade organization has once again chosen Malaga (Spain) to host one of the most significant events in the cruise sector in the Mediterranean, Seatrade Cruise Med 2024.
This international gathering will once again put Malaga on the global cruise industry map, bringing together cruise lines and top executives on September 11th and 12th next year.
The team in Malaga, led by the Port Authority, the Tourism Board of Malaga City Council, Tourism and Planning Costa del Sol Board, the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport of the Andalusian Government, Malagaport Foundation, and Malaga Cruise Port, will soon commence their collaboration with the fair's organizers and partners, including Medcruise and Suncruise Andalusia, among others.
The Seatrade organization greatly values this decision and expresses their excitement, stating, they were thrilled to return to Malaga and eagerly anticipated working with their hosts and partners "to once again bring together the entire Mediterranean cruise community to discuss the latest trends in the region and the overall industry."
The Trade Fairs and Congress Center of Malaga, FYCMA, will be the venue for this gathering, just like the previous year when it saw more than 2,000 visitors from 78 countries, including 170+ cruise line executives. More than 180 exhibiting companies also participated, and attendance figures surpassed those of previous years.
Given the success of the 2022 edition, which exceeded expectations in terms of attendance and participation, the organizers face the challenge of providing a highly engaging event to meet the demands of all stakeholders involved.
