RCI-Royal Caribbean International has revealed its plans for the next President's Cruise, which will be held in Europe.
During the 2023 President's Cruise, Michael Bayley (RCI's President and CEO) announced the dates and location for the 2024 President's Cruise.
Last year, a vote was taken among the passengers onboard the cruise, where they had to choose between a Caribbean voyage on Allure OTS from Galveston Texas, or a European voyage. The crowd favored Allure. However, this year, instead of asking for a vote, a video was prepared for the announcement.
Before revealing the details in the video, Michael Bayley asked the crowd to guess which ship the cruise would be on. He dropped a hint that they had already organized President's Cruises on 60% of their fleet. The decision to host a cruise in Europe came from the feedback of their Crown & Anchor members, who expressed a desire for a Mediterranean cruise instead of the traditional American ones.
The 2024 President's Cruise is scheduled to take place on the Oasis OTS on June 23rd, 2024. This 7-night Western Mediterranean voyage will begin from Barcelona Spain, and include stops at Palma De Mallorca, Spain; Florence/Pisa (La Spezia), Italy; Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy; and Naples/Capri, Italy. This marks a special emphasis on exploring Europe during the President's Cruise event.
