Windstar Cruises has made significant updates to its onboard cruise booking program, offering passengers more attractive incentives for booking future sailings while onboard.
Now, guests can collaborate with the cruise line's onboard cruise consultant to secure a 10% discount on their next cruise (an increase from the previous 5% offer). This discount is combinable with other Windstar promotions, excluding industry, vendor, corporate, and group rates.
Moreover, passengers booking onboard will receive a shipboard credit of $100 per person, which can be utilized on their upcoming cruise. The cruise line has also introduced a tier-based system for reduced deposits, depending on the cruise's total cost.
One important note is that with these onboard cruise bookings, travel advisors still receive their standard commission.
Windstar has also revealed its sailing schedule until the winter of 2025-2026, featuring several noteworthy changes in ship deployments. These changes include season-long sailings in the Canary Islands aboard Wind Star, the introduction of Cruise Tours in the Middle East, the addition of Cruise Tours in Tahiti (alongside the substitution of the 148-passenger Wind Spirit with the 312-passenger Star Breeze as the year-round Tahiti vessel), and the return of the Grand Caribbean Adventure, complete with a partial transit of the Panama Canal.
