Cruise Saudi's Aroya Cruises has entered into a design collaboration with cruise ship design firms SMC Design and Partner Ship Design for its upcoming fleet of cruise vessels.
London-based SMC Design, known as the original designer of Aroya Cruises' inaugural ship, the former World Dream of Genting Hong Kong (now Aroya Manara), has been selected as the lead designer for a refurbishment project aimed at enhancing the ship. SMC Design will provide services encompassing interior and architectural design, branding, and art consultancy for Cruise Saudi's new cruise line.
The German firm Partner Ship Design has been engaged by Cruise Saudi as a partner designer, responsible for tasks such as interior design, design details, documentation, follow-ups, and engineering support.
Lars Clasen (Cruise Saudi's CEO) said they were delighted to be working with some of the best visionary innovators in cruise ship design for their premium cruise offering, Aroya Cruises.
“Working with sector-leading experts such as SMC and Partner Ship Design will play a crucial role in ensuring that AROYA Cruises offers a comfortable, luxurious and inspiring environment from which passengers can enjoy the highest standard of service and facilities.”
