Four Seasons is set to enter the luxury cruise market with the launch of its boutique cruise line, Four Seasons Yachts. This new venture is scheduled to begin operations in the Caribbean during the 2025-2026 winter and spring seasons.
In keeping with the essence of small-ship cruising, the inaugural vessel Four Seasons I will feature 14 decks and a total of 95 staterooms, each equipped with terrace decks and designed with a residential-style interior layout. The Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri is responsible for constructing the first ship for this cruise line, a project launched in partnership with Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings.
Alejandro Reynal, President and CEO of Four Seasons, emphasized the significance of Four Seasons Yachts as a strategic component of the company's future growth and vision. The cruise line aims to leverage new opportunities and enhance brand differentiation by providing immersive luxury experiences. Reynal noted that the inaugural yacht embodies this vision and offers guests a world-class Four Seasons experience, both at sea and on land, marked by the personalized service that characterizes the Four Seasons brand.
Furthermore, Four Seasons has already secured a contract with the Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri for the construction of a second unit/sistership, which is expected to be delivered in November 2026.
Larry Pimentel, President and CEO of Four Seasons Yachts, acknowledged the enthusiastic response and high level of interest generated by the project since its announcement in Monaco the previous year. This strong reception has underlined the considerable anticipation surrounding Four Seasons Yachts' entry into the luxury cruise market.
