CCL-Carnival Cruise Line, maintaining its position as a leader in West Coast cruising, has opened bookings for future sailings departing from Long Beach, California, aboard Carnival Panorama, Carnival Radiance, and Carnival Firenze.
The newly introduced itineraries encompass 6- and 8-day options for Carnival Panorama, spanning from May 2025 through April 2026. These cruises offer a wider selection of destinations departing from Long Beach, including Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta, La Paz, and Ensenada, thus expanding the range of choices for passengers.
These sailings primarily explore the Mexican Riviera and Baja Mexico. Here's a glimpse of what each ship will provide starting in May 2025:
Carnival Firenze will offer 4-day roundtrips visiting Catalina Island and Ensenada, Mexico, as well as 5-day Mexican Riviera cruises with stops in Cabo San Lucas and Ensenada, Mexico. These cruises are now open for booking from spring to fall 2025. Carnival Firenze, named after Florence, Italy, will join the Long Beach fleet in May 2024, introducing the Carnival Fun Italian Style concept to the West Coast. This includes Italian-themed dining, bars, and entertainment, along with unique architectural designs reflecting its namesake.
Carnival Panorama, currently operating 7-day roundtrips, will transition between 6- and 8-day itineraries departing on Saturdays and Sundays. These sailings commence in spring 2025 and are available for booking until spring 2026. The six-day cruises to Mexico include stops in Ensenada and two days in Cabo San Lucas, while the eight-day voyages cover Cabo San Lucas, La Paz, Mazatlan, and Puerto Vallarta.
Carnival Radiance has scheduled ~50 short breaks (3- and 4-night roundtrips) to Ensenada, running from spring to fall 2025. The 3-day weekend getaways depart on Fridays and visit Ensenada, while the 4-day getaways visit Ensenada and Santa Catalina Island.
These cruises to the Mexican Riviera and Baja Mexico offer passengers a diverse range of experiences, from thrilling adventures to relaxation, set against the backdrop of stunning natural beauty and vibrant local culture. Popular shore excursions include zipline adventures through the Sierra Madre foothills and ATV rides through the picturesque Guadalupe Valley, with its vineyards and olive groves.
Carnival Cruise Line plans to unveil additional 2025-2026 itineraries from other homeports in the coming weeks.
