The Australia-based Coral Expeditions has unveiled its newly published Expedition Atlas, offering a comprehensive overview of itineraries scheduled for 2023, 2024, and 2025.
In its 40th year of operation, Coral Expeditions presents an enticing program featuring immersive adventures in Australia's coastal wilderness areas, including the Kimberley, Cape York and Arnhem Land (Northern Territory), the outer Great Barrier Reef, Tasmania, and more.
The company is also increasing departures in the popular Abrolhos and Coral Coast of Western Australia and venturing into the Wild Islands of South Australia. The team has crafted an engaging print magazine and digital version, offering detailed destination information, sailing route maps, and authentic excerpts from Expedition Leaders and Guest Lecturers, providing a genuine sense of the expedition experience.
Additionally, Coral Expeditions expands its international voyages to the remote regions surrounding Australia. With a new blue water fleet, Coral Expeditions sails to some of the most pristine coastal areas in our "Small Islands of the World" series, including Papua New Guinea, Raja Ampat, the Malukus/Spice Islands, and New Zealand.
Notable highlights include the extension of the in-demand Japan and Philippines itineraries, which is currently in its second year, including the sold-out voyage "Through the Heart of Japan." The popular Australian travel brand is also introducing a new series called "Island of The East Indies," offering a range of exciting itineraries like "An Equatorial Adventure Across North Borneo," "Circumnavigation of Sumatra," and "Into the Wilds of Borneo." These itineraries are designed to explore remote islands, immerse travelers in traditional villages, and provide opportunities for unique wildlife encounters. They can be enjoyed as individual voyages or booked together as an adjoining series, catering to intrepid explorers seeking a once-in-a-lifetime travel experience.
The launch of the Expedition Atlas coincided with the Coral Expeditions roadshow of events held in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne in September. These events marked a significant milestone, celebrating the company's 40th anniversary and reconnecting its team with the Xplorers' Club/loyalty program members for the first time in many years.
