Celestyal Cruises, renowned for its boutique approach to seasonal summer sailings in the Greek Islands, is embarking on an expansion into new horizons, transitioning to a year-round operation and venturing beyond its traditional Greek focus.
Launching a new era, Celestyal Journey will set sail in the Persian Gulf this November, unveiling its enticing 7-night "Desert Days" itinerary. The ship will navigate through Bahrain, Dubai, Oman, Sir Bani Yas, and Khasab, opening up captivating destinations beyond the Greek Isles.
Lee Haslett (Celestyal's CCO) expressed the natural progression of growth beyond Greece as the cruise line shifts towards a year-round operation. In a media briefing, Haslett unveiled the company's plans to extend its popular 7-night "Three Continents" itinerary from November 2025. This itinerary, sailing roundtrip from Greece, will explore Egypt, Israel, Cyprus, and Turkey.
These compelling itineraries will unfold on Celestyal Discovery, the company's newest vessel, which underwent refurbishment after being acquired from AIDA in 2023-Q3.
While the core offerings, featuring the "Heavenly Adriatic," "Summer Heavenly Adriatic" and "Idyllic Aegean" itineraries, will continue to run from April to October with Celestyal Journey. These voyages will introduce several maiden ports, including Venice, Bari, Dubrovnik, Kefalonia, Corfu, Kotor, and Katakolon.
