Crystal Cruises has announced its designation as a preferred supplier to Ensemble Travel.
Ensemble Travel Group (1968-founded) is a member-owned and run organization of ~850 independent travel agencies in the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Under this partnership, Crystal will provide an onboard amenity program, Ensemble-hosted sailings, and access to reduced-rate voyages for travel advisors. The collaboration aims to allow Ensemble members to firsthand experience Crystal's offerings. In celebration of the announcement, Crystal is featured as Ensemble's 'Partner of the Month,' offering various benefits, including training webinars, marketing initiatives, and a contest for a free trip with Crystal for January bookings.
Kim Guimaraes, Vice President, National Accounts at Abercrombie & Kent and Crystal, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting Ensemble's extensive network of agencies across North America. The collaboration reflects Crystal's commitment to providing unique and memorable experiences to Ensemble's advisors and clients.
Ensemble, with decades of experience in the travel industry, focuses on offering choices that surpass standards, leading to exceptional and unforgettable experiences. Michael Johnson, President of Ensemble, expressed excitement about welcoming Crystal as a partner, citing the anticipation among members to discuss the exceptional voyages offered by Crystal worldwide.
The company's two reimagined ocean ships Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony returned to service last summer after full multi-million-dollar refurbishments. With industry-leading space-to-guest ratios, reduced passenger capacity, and a high staff-to-guest ratio, the vessels now feature larger/redesigned staterooms, award-winning specialty dining restaurants, and enhanced public spaces, enriching passengers' experiences on journeys to sought-after destinations worldwide.
