Riviera River Cruises (fleet) is preparing to introduce in 2025 two new boats - Riviera Radiance and Riviera Rose, along Europe's largest rivers and inland waterways, marking a significant milestone for the UK-based company and travel brand.
Riviera Radiance will stand out as the inaugural vessel in a new generation of opulent ships, boasting the brand's largest-ever staterooms, an additional onboard dining venue, and a split-level bar and restaurant.
This unveiling signifies a departure from the tradition of naming ships after renowned British writers, as Riviera River Cruises opts to prominently feature the Riviera name for enhanced brand recognition.
Marilyn Conroy, Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing North America for Riviera River Cruises, remarked:
"With Riviera Radiance and Riviera Rose, our new ships launching in 2025, we’re moving away from using the names of famous British authors and proudly putting our own out there on the bow."
With LOA length of 443 feet (135 m), Riviera Radiance will redefine luxury river cruising with its innovative design, including guest cabins spread across four decks and exceptional amenities. The ship's split-level bar and restaurant will exude a spacious ambiance, complemented by a third restaurant, Mosaic, offering unique tasting menus inspired by European river destinations. Luxurious onboard facilities will include a pool with a sun deck, an open-kitchen bistro, a fitness center, and a spa and wellness area.
Accommodating 178 passengers across 89 staterooms, Riviera Radiance will offer unparalleled comfort and elegance. Grand suites, spanning 344 ft2 (32 m2), will feature expansive balconies with outdoor seating, while Superior suites and Double cabins will also provide luxurious amenities and comfortable living spaces.
In contrast, the slightly smaller Riviera Rose (length 262 feet/80 m) will offer a more intimate travel experience with its cozy atmosphere and understated elegance. Featuring a sundeck with a sky lounge, a pool and bar, and a restaurant, Riviera Rose will accommodate 114 passengers across 57 staterooms, each meticulously designed for comfort and relaxation.
Both riverboats embody the company's commitment to delivering exceptional value and unparalleled service, promising guests an unforgettable journey through Europe's enchanting destinations.
