In a span of just three months, Port Saint John (New Brunswick Canada) anticipates the return of cruise ships to the scenic Bay of Fundy.

With a robust schedule comprising 75 ship visits and an estimated 170,000 guests, the upcoming 2024 season signifies a period of stability and rejuvenation for the cruise sector.

The Bay of Fundy's natural attractions and exceptional passenger experiences continue to impress cruise line partners, evident from the booking of 11 overnight port stays for the upcoming season.

These overnight calls offer passengers a unique chance to explore Saint John's lively nightlife and dining options, while also providing an opportunity for local businesses to showcase their maritime hospitality.

Natalie Allaby, Director of Cruise Excellence at Port Saint John, emphasizes the importance of local businesses and tourism partners in enhancing the region's appeal.

The 2024 season will introduce 10 inaugural vessels to Saint John, including the famous Norwegian Sky, Norwegian Jade, Viking Neptune, and Azamara Journey.

Jillian MacKinnon, VP Marketing Communications & Strategic Initiatives at Envision Saint John, expressed excitement for the arrival of new ships and guests.

The festivities kick off with the arrival of MSC Meraviglia on May 8, marking the beginning of a bustling month with an expected 9,000 passengers traversing through the port city.
