The 2024 season commences this month at the Port of Dover England UK, with 4 consecutive weekly visits from AIDA Cruises ships.
After AIDAluna's arrival on March 12, AIDAdiva is scheduled to dock on March 18, 23, and 27.
This marks the beginning of an eventful year for cruise activities in Dover, with sailings expected from 21 different cruise lines until winter 2024.
Sonia Limbrick, representing the Port of Dover, highlighted Dover's unique attractions and convenient location as factors contributing to its popularity among German travelers. She expressed anticipation for AIDA's upcoming visits and the opportunity to welcome their guests.
AIDA Cruises also expressed enthusiasm for the upcoming season in Dover, noting their scheduled visits with three ships - AIDAbella, AIDAdiva, and AIDAluna. They emphasized their commitment to providing guests with memorable experiences in the region, particularly at the White Cliffs Country.
Following AIDA's return, the Port anticipates eight cruise calls in April before entering the high season in May 2024, with ~20 visits expected each month throughout the summer.
