Beginning December 2025, MSC Grandiosa ship will join MSC Seashore ship in offering 7-night Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries leaving roundtrip from Port Canaveral/Orlando (Florida USA).
This expansion marks MSC's increasing homeporting in Port Canaveral, providing a greater variety of itinerary options, including short breaks to The Bahamas.
Grandiosa's deployment from Port Canaveral highlights MSC's commitment to growing its North American presence. Captain John Murray (Port Canaveral's CEO) expressed pride in the partnership and the port's role in MSC Cruises' success. He noted that the addition of Grandiosa underscores MSC's confidence in their collaboration and shared commitment to providing exceptional experiences for guests.
Ruben A. Rodríguez (MSC Cruises USA's President) emphasized that the Winter 2025-2026 season will be MSC's largest presence in the U.S. to date, with the expansion at Port Canaveral playing a significant role. He highlighted the convenience and appeal of sailing from Central Florida, offering guests a choice between two of MSC's most modern and glamorous ships, catering to both new and seasoned cruisers.
MSC Grandiosa will feature alternating 7-night Caribbean itineraries, while MSC Seashore will continue to offer 3- and 4-night cruises to The Bahamas (Nassau and Ocean Cay).
