Princess Cruises has unveiled its latest culinary venture, Love by Britto, on the new Sun Princess ship, marking a unique collaboration between the Brazilian artist Romero Britto and esteemed chef Rudi Sodamin.
Love by Britto offers a distinguished dining experience, merging Britto's vibrant artistry with Sodamin's culinary expertise in a 7-course, prix fixe menu designed to delight both the eyes and the palate.
Situated aft on deck 17, this intimate 68-seat venue showcases Britto's iconic, colorful designs, creating an engaging atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. Guests are treated to extraordinary service and romantic ocean views, making it a perfect setting for couples.
The 7-course menu starts with enticing aphrodisiacs such as Oysters with Lemongrass Kafir, Mirin, and Gold Flakes. The creatively presented entrees include Tuna & Avocado with Pomegranate and Togarashi, Wild Mushroom Cappuccino Soup, Beet and Fig Salad with Goat Cheese, Pink Champagne Granita with Rose Petals, Lobster Thermidor, and Beef Tenderloin with Truffle Jus. For dessert, diners can indulge in a heart-shaped Chocolate Lava Cake with Fresh Berries and Raspberry Cream, along with Petits Fours.
The dining experience is further enhanced by vibrant dinnerware featuring Britto's art, heart-shaped cutlery, and heart-folded napkins. The cover charge for Love by Britto is US$79 per person, with reservations available through the Princess app.
