Mitsui Ocean Cruises has unveiled 5 new itineraries for April to July 2025, including a 66-day Grand Asia Cruise and a 12-day Golden Week cruise.
Tsunemichi Mukai, President of Mitsui Ocean Cruises, commented that the Grand Asia Cruise 2025 offers an unparalleled opportunity to explore renowned destinations across Asia, providing guests with funatabi – beautiful encounters with Japan. Their Golden Week cruise will be celebrated in style aboard the new all-suite vessel, visiting cherished Japanese ports.
The spring cruises, scheduled from April to May, feature short to mid-length itineraries. The Grand Asia Cruise includes 24 ports across 10 countries and regions, with overnight stops in key destinations such as Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Laem Chabang, Singapore, and Darwin.
These new cruises replace a previously planned World Cruise, which has been cancelled due to the uncertain conditions in the Suez Canal region, prioritizing the safety of passengers and crew.
The Mitsui Ocean Fuji (the 2023-acquired Seabourn Odyssey), a 458-guest, 32,477-gross-ton vessel, is set to debut in Yokohama on December 1, 2024.
