Princess Cruises introduces largest Alaska season yet for 2026

Princess Cruises, a leader in Alaskan voyages, has announced its largest Alaska season yet for 2026, featuring the introduction of the new ship, Star Princess.

The expanded program includes 8 ships, 180 departures, and 19 destinations, offering a comprehensive array of Alaska adventures by sea and land.

The 2026 season marks the debut of the Sphere Class ship, Star Princess, which will navigate the Alaskan waters for the first time, providing exceptional views of glaciers and wildlife. Launching in fall 2025, Star Princess promises an elevated cruising experience with innovative features like The Dome, the industry's first geodesic structure, and The Sphere, a suspended glass Piazza. Both Star Princess and her sistership, Sun Princess, are celebrated for their world-class culinary offerings.

Bookings for the 2026 season open on August 1, accompanied by the "Better Than Best Price Guarantee," which offers the best rates and 120% of the price difference as onboard credit if a lower rate is found before final payment. This promotion ends on September 2, 2024.
