Windstar Cruises has announced its first partnership with a booking engine through a new integration with Revelex Corporation (Boca Raton Florida-based company). This collaboration enables travel advisors to seamlessly book Windstar cruises alongside inventory from 40+ major cruise lines, all in one online platform.
Revelex’s Power Agent 5 provides access to a global cruise API, giving travel advisors enhanced control over the booking process. Joe Romans, senior vice president of sales at Revelex, explained that the Revelex solution allows travel advisors to pull web and private fares, search and book multiple cruise products, apply mark-ups and discounts with a yield management tool, and make post-booking modifications.
"We’re thrilled to add Windstar’s cruise products to our system and ensure an additional, easy pathway for booking."
Janet Bava, Windstar’s chief commercial officer, highlighted the benefits of this partnership, noting that the integration with Revelex will appeal to advisors already using the platform, while also extending Windstar's reach globally.
