RCI-Royal Caribbean International is hosting several competitions across its fleet to engage crew members and foster a sense of camaraderie.

Fleetwide Photo Competition: Display National Pride. Crew members are invited to participate in a fleetwide photo competition showcasing their country’s identity. The competition aims to highlight national pride through creative photography, whether capturing traditional attire, iconic landmarks, or cultural symbols. The ship with the winning photo will receive a substantial donation to the Crew Welfare Fund.

Medal Match Contest: Predict the Paris 2024 Olympic Medalists. Crew members can test their prediction skills with the Medal Match Contest, focused on the Paris 2024 Olympics. Participants are asked to forecast the top-performing countries in the final medal tally. Prizes worth up to US$500 will be awarded to the most accurate predictions, adding excitement to the Olympic Games.

Upcoming: RCG's Crew Got Talent. Royal Caribbean Group is set to launch its first global talent show, Crew Got Talent, in September. This new competition will offer substantial prizes and recognition for both shipboard and shoreside employees. While specific details are forthcoming, the event is expected to resemble existing shipboard talent shows, with the possibility of finalists performing on a centralized stage or via broadcast links.

These initiatives are designed to unite Royal Caribbean’s global crew, celebrate cultural diversity, and engage employees in global events and friendly competition.
