As Hurricane Debby approached Florida's West Coast, Margaritaville at Sea adjusted the schedules for two of MAS Islander ship's voyages.

Originally set to return to Port Tampa Bay on Sunday, August 4, the ship will now arrive on Monday, August 5. Consequently, the August 4 departure has been rescheduled for August 5.

RCI-Royal Caribbean International's ship Symphony of the Seas spent an unscheduled day at sea on Sunday after RCI canceled its planned call at Port Canaveral.

Additionally, NCL-Norwegian Cruise Line replaced Norwegian Sky's scheduled visit to Great Stirrup Cay with Nassau and canceled a call at Key West FL.

Earlier today, the storm intensified into a Category 1 hurricane before making landfall in northwest Florida. Hurricane Debby is expected to track eastward across Florida, affecting areas around Jacksonville, and then move northward into Georgia and South Carolina. As a result, CCL-Carnival Cruise Line's ship Carnival Elation returned to JAXPORT on Sunday, a day earlier than planned from the voyage to the Bahamas, with the August 5th departure moved up to the previous day.
