RCI-Royal Caribbean International has revamped its loyalty program for UK and Ireland travel agents with the launch of "Upper Deck," set to go live on September 3rd.

This enhanced program, available through the brand’s online platform, Club Royal, significantly boosts the earning potential for agents based on the value of their bookings.

Under the new structure, agents can earn up to GBP 500 per booking, with rewards loaded onto a prepaid digital Mastercard upon confirmation.

The payout scale includes:

  • GBP 15 for bookings GBP 2,000+
  • GBP 30 for bookings GBP 5,000+
  • GBP 60 for bookings GBP 10,000+
  • GBP 150 for bookings GBP 25,000+
  • GBP 500 for bookings GBP 50,000+

Group bookings also earn agents GBP 10 per reservation, and agents booking their personal holidays with Royal Caribbean receive an additional GBP 100 on their Mastercard.

Additionally, the program introduces "Upper Deck 100," an elite club for agents generating over GBP 100,000+ in Royal Caribbean sales annually. Members of this exclusive group gain access to unique experiences, including ship previews and family ship visits.

To celebrate the launch and honor its partnership with travel agents, RCI will invite the top 12 agents with the highest-value bookings between September 3rd and October 1st on a 5-night cruise from Miami FL USA on Independence of the Seas. The voyage, departing November 11th, includes a visit to the private Bahamian island CocoCay, where the agents can enjoy the array of attractions and amenities.

In addition to increased earning potential, Club Royal members will continue to benefit from educational modules, competitions, brand updates, and support tools like Royal Genie, which simplifies the creation of personalized digital brochures for clients.
