The inaugural Cruise Xperience Innovation Summit Europe (CXIE) will take place at ExCeL (London UK) on 4th-5th December 2024.
Registration is now open for the 2-day event, which will be held in conjunction with Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Europe (CSI Europe) and will focus on the technological innovations shaping the guest experience onboard cruise ships.
The conference program is specifically designed for guest experience teams, offering a range of discussions, workshops, and product demonstrations. Key topics will include the impact of design decisions on guest experience and how to create designs that reflect a cruise line's brand identity.
Exhibitors include Conductr, a UK-based firm specializing in immersive lighting and audiovisual design, and Stable, a company that provides gyroscopic stabilization for beds, pool tables, and other furnishings commonly found on luxury vessels.
Alongside CSI Europe, the event will feature the Cruise Ship Interiors Awards on 5 December and the new Hospitality@CSI, showcasing 20 exhibitors and a program focused on the role of hospitality interior design in enhancing guest experiences and operational efficiency.
