The ranking, presented by TIME Magazine and Statista Inc, was based on a comprehensive analysis of 3 key areas: employee satisfaction, revenue growth over the last 3 years, and sustainability performance, specifically focusing on environmental protection, social responsibility, and corporate governance (ESG).
To be considered, companies were required to have generated at least US$100 million in revenue in 2023. Each area contributed equally to the final ranking.
