NCL-Norwegian Cruise Line has introduced its new brand positioning, "MORE," aimed at enhancing its offerings both onboard and ashore, as well as delivering greater value to its passengers. This launch includes the debut of the upgraded 'More At Sea' package, providing an expanded range of benefits for voyages starting January 1st, 2025.
NCL’s fleet, soon to reach 20 ships, offers 600+ unique itineraries through 2026, visiting 450 global destinations. Onboard, guests can enjoy 80+ dining options and a wide variety of activities, catering to every type of traveler. The 'More At Sea' package is an upgrade to the existing 'Free At Sea' program, featuring premium inclusions designed to enhance the cruise experience. These additions include a broader selection of globally recognized premium spirits such as Grey Goose vodka and Woodford Reserve bourbon, alongside over 100 specialty cocktails available across 80+ bars, including the award-winning Metropolitan Bar aboard the Prima-class ships.
In addition, NCL’s culinary offerings are expanded with more specialty dining options for guests on voyages lasting seven days or longer. Guests will enjoy increased dining flexibility, with more appetizers and desserts included in each meal. The package also upgrades connectivity at sea, with faster, more reliable internet through Starlink, and each guest now receives 150 minutes of Wi-Fi access.
Other benefits of the 'More At Sea' package include a US$50 shore excursion credit per guest, complimentary airfare for the second guest, and free passage for third and fourth guests on select voyages. This package has been carefully designed to provide greater value, with amenities tailored to the needs and preferences of today's travelers.
NCL is also introducing several new enhancements to its onboard experience. As of January 1st, 2025, the line will transition from a la carte pricing for specialty dining to a simplified flat cover charge. The entertainment lineup is also being expanded, with a focus on providing more varied programming throughout the ship. NCL’s entertainment offerings will now include a broader array of musical productions, highlighted by the debut of "Revolution: A Celebration of Prince" aboard the upcoming Norwegian Aqua in 2025.
Fleetwide enhancements will also include upgraded versions of popular shows, such as "Elements: The World Expanded," and an expanded venue for the Fleetwood Mac tribute, "Syd Norman’s Presents: Rumours," aboard Norwegian Aqua.
NCL will further streamline the guest experience with the launch of a new mobile app across its fleet by the end of the year. The app will simplify cruise planning, allowing guests to easily make reservations for dining, shore excursions, and entertainment, as well as streamline the check-in process.
Looking ahead, NCL will introduce two innovative ships, Norwegian Aqua in 2025 and Norwegian Luna in 2026, both featuring new attractions and dining experiences. Norwegian Aqua will debut the Aqua Slidecoaster, the first-ever hybrid waterslide and rollercoaster at sea, along with the fleet’s first Thai specialty restaurant, Sukhothai, and a plant-based eatery, Planterie.
NCL continues to offer itineraries to 450 destinations worldwide, including private stops at Great Stirrup Cay Bahamas and Harvest Caye Belize.
Beginning in 2026, NCL will also offer a wider range of shorter cruises, more Bermuda, Caribbean, and Bahamas sailings, and increased itinerary lengths in Europe, along with a continued focus on popular destinations such as Alaska and the Asia-Pacific.
