Azamara Cruises has reintroduced its enhanced global reservations platform, RezA, following input from travel agents. The platform is designed to simplify the booking process and improve reservation management for agents, offering tools such as payment links, group booking options, agent recognition at the booking level, automated payment reminders, and the ability to duplicate reservations for groups traveling together.

In addition to these features, RezA includes marketing materials that can be shared with clients and integrates the revamped Azamara World Academy. This educational resource aims to help agents better understand Azamara’s unique offerings, such as small ship sailing and destination-focused itineraries.

The RezA system is accessible via Azamara’s travel agent portal, Connect.Azamara.com. To support agents in transitioning to the updated platform, webinars and training sessions are being provided.

Stuart Pearce, head of UK trade sales at Azamara, said their goal is "to provide agents with faster access to essential information, ultimately enhancing their ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences."

"We are proud to have received positive feedback from agents across the UK, who have already embraced our new reservation system, recognising its efficiency and ease of use."
