Cunard has announced that renowned fashion designer Christian Siriano will be the headliner for its Transatlantic Fashion Week in 2025.
Since launching his namesake collection in 2008, after studying in London under Vivienne Westwood and Alexander McQueen, Siriano has become a significant figure in the fashion industry. His designs have been worn by a range of celebrities, including Lady Gaga, Oprah Winfrey, Julia Roberts, Michelle Obama, and Kamala Harris. Recently, he celebrated the 15th anniversary of his brand, the Siriano Atelier, which is known for its commitment to beauty and diversity in the evolving fashion landscape.
Siriano will showcase his work aboard the flagship Queen Mary 2 during the Transatlantic Fashion Week voyage from New York to Southampton, scheduled for October 31st to November 7th, 2025. He plans to present a selection of archival highlights during an exclusive runway show held in the Queens Room, featuring a notable lineup of established names from the fashion industry.
Additionally, Siriano will provide insights from his career during an intimate Q&A session at the Royal Court Theatre. Guests will also have the opportunity to engage with him during book signings throughout the seven-night cruise.
The 2025 edition of Transatlantic Fashion Week will mark the 5th event of its kind, celebrating the dynamic world of fashion within the elegant environment of Cunard's flagship. Since its inception in 2016, Transatlantic Fashion Week on the Queen Mary 2 has been an integral part of Cunard's Event Voyages, created by Gail Sackloff OBE. Cunard has a storied history of glamour and fashion, having welcomed notable figures such as Elizabeth Taylor, Rita Hayworth, Meryl Streep, Uma Thurman, and Carly Simon. Previous headliners for Transatlantic Fashion Week include Dame Zandra Rhodes, Julien Macdonald, Virginia Bates, and Stephen Jones OBE.
In addition to established designers, the event aims to provide a platform for emerging talent in the fashion industry.
