CCL-Carnival Cruise Line upgrades training for travel advisors with expanded Learn & Earn platform

CCL-Carnival Cruise Line has announced an enhancement to its Learn & Earn training platform, part of the Loyalty Rocks! program for travel advisors. This update introduces new curriculum options, expanding the range of video-based courses available to 50+, covering both Carnival’s offerings and broader industry topics.

The enhanced platform includes courses on ship overviews, industry trends, and practical tools such as social media training. Advisors completing these courses will benefit from double Loyalty Rocks! reward points per course, with a 50-point bonus upon graduation. These reward points can be redeemed for various items, including gift cards and branded merchandise.

Originally launched in 2019, the Learn & Earn program was designed to reward travel advisors for their commitment to professional development. The platform has seen significant growth, with 500,000+ courses completed annually and 10,000+ advisors graduating each year. The latest updates to the curriculum were developed based on feedback from program graduates, ensuring relevance and alignment with advisor needs.

According to Meegan Broussard, senior director of trade marketing and sales communications for Carnival, the travel industry, especially cruising, has experienced unprecedented growth in the past 2 years, and these updates to their training program will help travel advisors capitalize on the opportunity that growth presents.
