Ambassador Cruise Line UK has officially launched its 2026-2027 season, offering a range of affordable, no-fly itineraries from March 22nd, 2026, to March 29th, 2027. The season features 84 sailings across the fleet’s two energy-efficient Tier III ships, Ambience and Ambition, with full-board sailings available for less than GBP 60 per person per night. Ambassador continues to focus on providing guests with an exceptional onboard experience, offering 37 sailings and 7 festive events on Ambience and 47 sailings aboard Ambition.
Presented in a detailed 116-page brochure, the program groups 146 ports across 48 countries, spanning 3 continents. The itineraries range from European city breaks to extended voyages in the Mediterranean, as well as themed cruises and unique experiences like witnessing a solar eclipse on August 12th, 2026. Ambience will enter her 4th season, while Ambition embarks on her 3rd, with voyages that include destinations such as the British Isles, Scandinavia, the Caribbean, and the Americas. Additionally, Ambassador is offering two multi-generational sailings to accommodate families of all ages.
Highlights of season 2026-2027 include 2 Caribbean voyages: a 45-night Ambassador’s Caribbean Adventure and a 42-night Gems of the Caribbean Sea itinerary. Both will visit new destinations like Guadeloupe, Martinique, and Dominica. The season will also feature two solar eclipse cruises: a 10-night Multi-Generational Adventure to France & Spain and a 13-night Iceland’s Land of Ice & Fire journey.
For shorter trips, Ambassador offers sailings lasting from 1 to 4 nights around the British Isles and Northern Europe, as well as themed cruises such as Back to the 70s, Back to the 80s, and Party Nights. The season also includes Christmas Market cruises, festive holiday sailings, and themed events onboard Ambience at her home port in Tilbury, Essex.
Ambassador’s itineraries have been designed to provide guests with rich Destination Experiences, focusing on the culture, history, and natural beauty of the regions visited. Notable ports of call include Austefjorden, gateway to Norway’s fjords; Colon, the gateway to the Panama Canal; Trieste, for access to Venice; and Progreso, offering visits to the Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza.
The new brochure also highlights Ambassador’s range of onboard amenities, including specialty dining, drinks packages, and entertainment, as well as the Home Suite Home service, which offers exclusive benefits for guests booking premium cabin grades. There is also a focus on the cruise line’s sustainability initiatives, with the fleet being among the top 10%-15% of environmentally efficient ships globally.
The 2026-2027 season will see Ambassador offering more ex-UK departures than any other line, with no-fly sailings from Tilbury, Newcastle, Dundee, Liverpool, Belfast, Bristol, and, for the first time, Portsmouth. This new port adds convenience for those in southern England, making the cruise experience more accessible to a wider audience. Additionally, Ambition will operate more sole departures, eliminating dual pick-ups in Dundee, Newcastle, and Bristol, allowing for a wider variety of itineraries from these locations.
