TUI River Cruises introduces new venues aboard the fully refurbished 5-star Nile cruiser TUI Al Horeya, set to make its maiden Nile voyage this November.
The hotel ship, designed to accommodate 145 guests across 74 cabins, combines flexibility and varied spaces to cater to a range of passenger preferences.
Highlighting TUI’s commitment to a tailored guest experience, TUI Al Horeya debuts a hybrid multi-functional Top Deck, which transitions from a relaxation hub by day to the alfresco dining space Felucca by night. Key onboard venues include:
The Top Deck/Sundeck: A versatile outdoor area with TUI River Cruises’ first swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, and ample sun loungers. By day, guests can enjoy light bites like mini burgers and fruit or indulge in the cruise’s signature Afternoon Tea. At night, the deck transforms into Felucca, an intimate, reservation-only dining area for 30 guests, offering regional specialties like shish kebab and kofta served by waitstaff in traditional attire.
Lazeeza: This main restaurant, named after the Arabic word for “delicious,” seats up to 141 guests for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With a blend of buffet options and live cooking stations, Lazeeza also hosts a seven-course Egyptian gala dinner, giving guests an authentic culinary experience.
The Observatory: A central entertainment venue hosting traditional Egyptian Whirling Dervishes, Nubian performers, live quizzes, and film showings.
The Wellness Area: Features include a massage room and an exercise area equipped with a treadmill and cycling machine, providing passengers with wellness and fitness options during their journey.
