Sea Cloud Cruises/fleet will introduce on its flagship Sea Cloud Spirit a new series of 9-night roundtrips from Venice (Italy) in summer 2025.
For the first time, the company’s largest vessel will overnight in Venice, docking along the iconic Grand Canal, before navigating a course titled “The Enchanting Croatian Coast.” The itinerary spans 6 ports along Croatia’s coastline, paired with 2 full days under sail in the Adriatic Sea. Set dates for the Venice round-trip voyages include July 24th to August 2nd, August 2nd-11th, August 11th-20th, and August 20th-29th.
A unique addition to the August 2nd-11th sailing will be Sea Cloud’s inaugural “Cabaret Cultivated Journey,” featuring performances by cabaret artist Travis Moser. Moser will perform a travel-inspired set, accompanied on Sea Cloud Spirit’s Steinway & Sons grand piano, marking a new cultural offering for Sea Cloud Cruises.
Sea Cloud Spirit has received rare permission to dock within Venice’s Grand Lagoon, steps from St Mark’s Square, allowing guests an exceptional arrival and departure experience. The itinerary includes visits to historic Adriatic ports such as Sibenik, Dubrovnik, Korcula, Vis, Hvar, and Rovinj.
Highlights include the scenic Krka waterfalls and wading pools, an extended evening in Dubrovnik post-large-ship departures, and an exploration of the Komiza harbor, a site of winemaking and fishing tradition. Guests can also enjoy an evening stroll to Venice’s Rialto Bridge before returning to the Sea Cloud Spirit.
Sea Cloud Spirit's onboard amenities include an open bar, all meals featuring select wines and beers, watersports, covered port charges, gratuities, and a welcome bottle of champagne at embarkation.
Fall Sale fares for these sailings start at US$8,545 per person, double occupancy, with credits up to US$2,500 for staterooms and US$3,500 for suites for bookings made by December 20th, 2024.
