Cunard has announced a partnership with Michelin-starred chef Nathan Outlaw, introducing the acclaimed Outlaw's Fish Kitchen aboard select Queen Victoria Mediterranean sailings.

This collaboration will bring Outlaw’s distinctive seafood artistry to the high seas, featuring a series of 5-course tasting menus crafted with premium Mediterranean ingredients. Outlaw himself will oversee these exclusive dining events, each limited to 60 guests, ensuring an intimate and refined culinary experience against the backdrop of the Mediterranean.

The partnership will see Outlaw hosting Outlaw's Fish Kitchen residencies across 4 Queen Victoria sailings during her 2025 Mediterranean season. The inaugural event will launch on July 7th, during a 14-night cruise from Barcelona to Civitavecchia (Rome), with Outlaw on board for the first 7 nights. In addition to overseeing his menus, Outlaw will conduct live cooking demonstrations and join guests for interactive Q&A sessions in the Royal Court Theatre, sharing insights into his culinary journey and expertise.

This announcement follows Cunard's recent collaboration with Michel Roux, who will bring his two-Michelin-starred Le Gavroche at Sea to Queen Victoria’s Fjords sailings in 2025, underscoring Cunard’s dedication to delivering exceptional gastronomic experiences at sea.
