CCL-Carnival Cruise Line is expanding its 2026-2027 itineraries with new offerings that include voyages from New York City on Carnival Venezia and an extended schedule of sailings from Long Beach/Los Angeles CA with the ships Carnival Firenze and Carnival Radiance.
This development provides additional choices for travelers on both the East and West Coasts, connecting New York and Long Beach to sought-after destinations with distinctive onboard experiences. Fred Stein, Carnival’s vice president of itinerary planning, noted that these itineraries offer something for every traveler, from short weekend trips to longer adventures, highlighting Carnival Radiance’s range of trips in particular.
Carnival Venezia’s seasonal deployment from the Manhattan Cruise Terminal in 2026 includes a selection of 4- to 8-day cruises. For those interested in Bermuda, the ship offers 4 distinct itineraries with 1- to 3-day stops on the island. Additionally, the ship will provide a 5-day journey to Saint John and Halifax, appealing to guests looking to explore Canada. For those heading to the Caribbean, itineraries include stops at popular ports like Nassau, Half Moon Cay, and Grand Turk, along with visits to Carnival's upcoming exclusive destination, Celebration Key. Carnival Venezia will also reposition from Port Canaveral to New York in March 2026 with an 11-day Carnival Journeys cruise, stopping at Celebration Key, Aruba, Curacao, and St. Thomas.
From Long Beach, Carnival Firenze will introduce a busy schedule of short cruises to Mexico for the 2026-2027 season, with 3-day weekend cruises to Ensenada and 4-day itineraries visiting both Ensenada and Catalina Island. Meanwhile, Carnival Radiance will offer a selection of Mexican Riviera voyages as well as extended Carnival Journeys cruises to Hawaii. Mexican cruises will vary from 3- and 4-day Baja Mexico itineraries, which include Ensenada and Catalina Island, to 5- and 6-day sailings to Cabo San Lucas and Ensenada. There’s also an 8-day voyage to Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, and La Paz. For guests interested in a longer voyage, seven 14-day Hawaii cruises will explore Maui, Oahu, Kauai, and the Big Island of Hawaii.
Carnival Panorama will continue to operate year-round from Long Beach with options that visit Cabo San Lucas, Ensenada, Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, and La Paz. As the cruise line with the largest California presence, Carnival Cruise Line maintains 3 ships operating year-round from Long Beach, along with seasonal departures from San Francisco.
