RSSC-Regent Seven Seas Cruises has unveiled its latest campaign, In Pursuit of Perfection, which honors the meticulous efforts behind the luxury cruise line’s renowned guest experience. The initiative highlights the dedication of both onboard and shoreside teams in delivering exceptional and immersive journeys.
The campaign reflects Regent’s ongoing commitment to surpassing expectations, emphasizing that even the smallest details contribute to creating unforgettable voyages. Andrea DeMarco, President of Regent Seven Seas Cruises, explained that the focus on heartfelt hospitality is central to their approach, crediting the dedicated crew and shoreside staff for maintaining impeccable standards from embarkation to disembarkation.
In Pursuit of Perfection offers a behind-the-scenes perspective, showcasing stories from key members of the Regent team who ensure excellence across every aspect of the guest experience. For 30+ years, Regent has been synonymous with The Most Inclusive Luxury Experience, excelling in every dimension of luxury travel - from world-class cuisine in fine-dining restaurants to lavishly appointed suites, elegantly designed public spaces, enriching onboard entertainment, and carefully curated shoreside excursions.
Franco Semeraro, Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations, expressed pride in the campaign, describing it as a tribute to the hard work that takes place behind the scenes. He praised the team’s collective contributions, which ensure that guests leave with enduring memories of their journey.
The campaign draws on Regent’s deep heritage in luxury cruising, beginning with a digital brochure and video features from long-serving team members. These include Semeraro, who joined Regent during its inception in 1992; Vice President of Hotel Operations, Steph Armengol, a part of the company since 2000; and Vice President of Food & Beverage, Bernhard Klotz, whose tenure spans 25+ years.
The campaign will also extend to popular platforms such as the podcast Food with Mark Bittman. Executive Culinary Director Wolfgang Maier is set to share insights into the award-winning culinary offerings aboard Regent’s ships.
