Viking OCEAN expanded its offerings with 10 new European itineraries - in the Mediterranean, the UK, Ireland, and the Baltic, now available for booking in 2026 and 2027.
Ranging from 8 to 22 days, these voyages include 12 ports that are new to Viking's ocean fleet. Among the new ports are Fowey England; Bordeaux France; Limerick/Foynes, Ireland; Riga Latvia; Klaipeda Lithuania; Londonderry Northern Ireland; Haugesund Norway; Spain's Palma de Mallorca and Bilbao; Scotland's Fort William and Tobermory; and Karlskrona Sweden.
Torstein Hagen (Viking Group’s Chairman and CEO) noted that the new ocean itineraries are designed to cater to travelers who value immersive experiences. He emphasized that the company's focus remains on the destinations, with its ships offering an adult-focused, casino-free environment for guests to explore the world in comfort.
The newly introduced voyages include:
- 8-day Amalfi Coast, Africa & Iberia between Rome and Barcelona.
- 8-day Spain & Portugal Discovery between Lisbon and Barcelona.
- 12-day Iberia, France & England Explorer between Lisbon to London.
- 8-day Scandinavian Discovery between Oslo and Stockholm.
- 8-day Baltic Discovery between Stockholm and Copenhagen.
- 8-day Nordic Wonders between Oslo to Bergen.
- 15-day British Isles & Ireland between London to Belfast.
- 15-day Scandinavia & Baltic Capitals between Oslo and Copenhagen.
- 15-day Scenic Scandinavia & Baltic Jewels between Bergen and Stockholm.
- 22-day Icons of the Viking Age between Bergen to Copenhagen.
Viking’s growing fleet of small sisterships now operates 100+ different itineraries, navigating all 5 oceans. The newly added voyages will explore well-known cities alongside less-visited ports, providing travelers with unique opportunities to discover iconic and hidden destinations throughout Europe.
