Windstar Cruises, renowned for its small ship luxury experience, will debut homeport operations in London in 2026.
The boutique travel brand will use Greenwich as a homeport, offering a series of short and extended roundtrip itineraries starting in May (2026).
The 312-guest all-suite motor yacht Star Pride will lead this venture, beginning with 3- and 4-night mini cruises followed by a longer 13-night voyage. These itineraries mark Windstar’s first London homeporting, delivering an intimate and luxurious cruise experience.
The inaugural cruises commence on May 12th, 2026. The 3-night roundtrip visits Belgium's port cities Bruges/Port Zeebrugge and Antwerpen, famous for their canals, medieval architecture, and culinary delights.
Prices for this itinerary start at GBP 1,355 per person.
A 4-night roundtrip from London (departing May 15th) visits St Malo (France), offering excursions to the medieval Mont Saint-Michel and a taste of authentic Breton cuisine.
Fares start at GBP 1,762 per person.
For an extended adventure, Star Pride will embark on a 13-night voyage (May 19th) combining stops in Belgium and the Norwegian Fjords. Ports of call include Antwerp and Bruges, followed by Norway's Alesund and Trondheim, before concluding in Edinburg/Port Leith (Scotland).
Prices start at GBP 5,053 per person.
Star Pride underwent a US$250 million (GBP 200 million) renovation in 2021, enhancing its offerings with features such as the Star Grill seafood restaurant and Cuadro 44, a tapas-style dining venue curated by Michelin-starred chef Anthony Sasso.
With a passenger-to-crew ratio of ~1.5, the ship ensures personalized service and ample space for relaxation, including poolside loungers and panoramic views from the Compass Rose lounge. Guests can also enjoy the ship’s water sports platform for snorkeling and paddleboarding, an onboard spa, and curated entertainment such as dance classes and live performances.
Windstar’s hallmark details, including a signature sail-away song, add a unique charm to each departure. This London-based expansion reflects Windstar’s commitment to blending intimate luxury with thoughtfully crafted itineraries, appealing to travelers seeking exclusive cruise experiences.
