Viva Cruises, a prominent European river cruise operator (Scylla's subsidiary) christened its newest boat - Viva Enjoy, during a ceremony held on January 14th at her homeport in Dusseldorf (Germany).

The ship accommodates 190 passengers and is a sistership to the 2023-built Viva Two.

The christening ceremony was officiated by Jeannine Williamson, a travel writer and seasoned river cruise expert, who served as the ship's godmother. Williamson, often referred to as "the river cruise queen," has completed 60+ river cruises across major waterways in Europe, America, and Asia.

Viva Enjoy is launching her service with 4-night wellness-themed voyages along the Upper and Middle Rhine. These sailings are tailored to enhance well-being, featuring daily yoga and qi gong sessions. Following this introduction, the vessel will primarily operate on the Danube, with frequent departures from Vienna. Additional itineraries will be available on the Rhine, departing from Amsterdam.

The 4-deck boat has 3 dining venues: the main restaurant Riverside, the Italian-themed Moments, and Viva's Bistro, located at the stern. The Bistro alternates between Asian-inspired and Italian-Mediterranean cuisine on select evenings.

Viva Cruises describes its fleet as offering a "floating premium hotel experience" characterized by modern design and a welcoming ambiance. Amenities on board include a sun deck with a pool and complimentary bicycles for guest use during port stops.
