UnCruise Adventures announced the return of the Wilderness Adventurer ship in 2025.

The vessel, recently updated under the direction of Captain Dan Blanchard (the company's CEO and Founder) has been reinstated in response to strong demand for the line’s popular Glacier Bay Adventure itinerary, which includes 2 full days in Glacier Bay.

Bookings for the 2025 season have been robust, with many departures already sold out. This prompted the timely reintroduction of the Wilderness Adventurer, which will sail alongside other vessels in the fleet, offering additional capacity to meet growing interest in the company’s Alaska expeditions. The ship’s reintroduction aligns with UnCruise’s strategy of maintaining its reputation as a leading provider of immersive small-ship cruising in the region.

The 160-ft Wilderness Adventurer accommodates up to 60 guests and operates with a nearly 2:1 guest-to-crew ratio, ensuring personalized service for each passenger. The USA-flagged ship has undergone thoughtful updates to enhance onboard experiences while adhering to stringent safety and environmental regulations.

UnCruise Adventures highlighted that the vessel’s revitalization reinforces the company's dedication to offering intimate, close-to-nature experiences. The decision to reintroduce the Wilderness Adventurer reflects a strategic move to sustain the high standard of adventure and personalized service that has become synonymous with the UnCruise brand.
