Resorts World Cruises has announced its expansion into the Indian market with the deployment of its cruise ship Resorts World One, which will homeport in Mumbai (India) from March 5th to June 1st, 2025. The vessel will operate 3 weekly roundtrip itineraries from the newly constructed Mumbai International Cruise Terminal at the Ballard Pier Extension (BPX) berth of Mumbai Port.

The itineraries include a 2-night Weekend High Seas Cruise departing on Fridays, a 3-night Lakshadweep Cruise to Agatti Island departing on Sundays, and a 2-night Goa Cruise departing on Wednesdays. These offerings aim to cater to both local and fly-cruise passengers from across India, continuing the brand's commitment to serving diverse Asian markets with its extensive experience in regional hospitality.

The Resorts World One itineraries are designed to provide convenience and flexibility. The 3-night Lakshadweep Cruise departs on Sunday evenings, allowing passengers to board after work hours or following flights into Mumbai. After a day at sea, the ship will dock at Agatti Island on Tuesday morning, giving passengers the opportunity to explore the island’s pristine coral atoll, crystal-clear lagoons, and unspoiled beaches. Activities on the island include snorkelling, scuba diving, glass-bottom boat tours, and opportunities to shop for local crafts. The ship will return to Mumbai by Wednesday afternoon.

The 2-night Goa Cruise departs on Wednesday evenings and arrives in Goa on Thursday. Passengers can explore the state’s rich cultural heritage, historic architecture, and renowned cuisine before returning to Mumbai by Friday afternoon. For a shorter getaway, the 2-night Weekend High Seas Cruise departs on Friday evenings and returns on Sunday afternoon, providing passengers with a sea-cation without the need to take time off work or school.

Onboard Resorts World One, passengers can choose from a variety of accommodations, including Interior Staterooms, Oceanview and Balcony staterooms, and luxury suites within "The Palace" – an exclusive enclave offering all-suite accommodations with private access to specialty restaurants, 24-hour butler service, and other premium amenities.

The vessel also features an array of dining options with 18 onboard restaurants serving international and regional Indian cuisines, including certified vegetarian, Jain, and halal offerings. Other amenities include the Roman-themed Parthenon Pool with water slides and Jacuzzis, live entertainment, virtual reality gaming, onboard shopping, spas, enrichment workshops, and movie nights.

Resorts World Cruises aims to deliver a premium cruising experience tailored to Indian passengers while offering seamless access to popular destinations in the Arabian Sea.
