Viking announces new epic World Voyages for 2026-2027

Viking has unveiled plans for 4 new world voyages set to launch in 2026-2027, featuring complimentary business class airfare and transfers. Passengers who secure their bookings before March 31st will benefit from a credit of US$4,000 for shore excursions, an additional US$2,000 per couple in shipboard credit, and a complimentary Silver Spirits Beverage package. Bookings are currently open and will remain available until the end of March.

The inaugural world cruise, spanning 170 days aboard the Viking Sky, will visit 41 countries across 6 continents. This extensive journey includes 82 guided tours and overnight stays in 18 cities, departing from Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades, Florida) on December 22nd, 2026, and concluding in Stockholm (Sweden) on June 10th, 2027. Prices for this voyage start at US$131,995 per person.

Viking World Voyage III will navigate the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean Sea, Panama Canal, Hawaii, Tahiti, and New Zealand before arriving in Sydney. From there, it will continue up the east coast of Australia to Darwin and then to Indonesia. Following this segment, Viking Sky will explore Southeast Asia, including stops in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, before heading into the Bay of Bengal. The itinerary also encompasses Sri Lanka, Maldives, Seychelles, Kenya, Tanzania, Madagascar, Mozambique, South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Spain, Morocco, Portugal, France, England, Ireland, Scotland, Norway, Denmark, and Sweden.

In addition to the main voyage offerings, 3 shorter world cruises are available for 2026-2027:

  1. Viking World Voyage IV: A 153-day cruise visiting 37 countries, featuring 75 guided tours and overnight stays in 18 cities. This voyage departs from Los Angeles CA on January 8th, 2027, with prices starting at US$123,995 per person.
  2. Viking World Cruise 2026-27: A 142-day journey covering 31 countries, departing from Fort Lauderdale FL on December 22nd, 2026. Prices begin at US$111,995 per person.
  3. Viking World Discoveries: A 125-day cruise visiting 27 countries, sailing from Los Angeles to London UK with prices starting at US$103,995 per person, also departing on January 8, 2027.

All world cruises will feature overnight stays in iconic cities such as Sydney, Zanzibar, Cape Town, and Casablanca to allow guests to immerse themselves in local cultures and cuisines.
