TUI Cruises has announced that Giuliana Rizzo, Spa & Sport Manager and a decade-long veteran of the company, will serve as the Godmother of Mein Schiff Relax.
The vessel will be officially christened in Malaga (Spain) on April 9th, 2025, in a ceremony featuring a performance by Robbie Williams.
Rizzo, who began her career with TUI Cruises as a beautician aboard Mein Schiff 3 in 2015, has steadily progressed within the company, assuming the role of Spa & Sport Manager in 2019. Reflecting on the honor, she emphasized the importance of well-being and relaxation, principles that align with both her profession and the Mein Schiff fleet. She expressed gratitude for the opportunity to name the latest addition to the fleet.
The Mein Schiff Relax, the first vessel in TUI Cruises' new “InTUItion” class, is set to embark on her maiden voyage from Palma de Mallorca on March 2nd, ahead of the christening event in Malaga.
The occasion will also see Mein Schiff 5 and Mein Schiff 7 in port, allowing passengers to witness the celebration firsthand.
